We are so very excited about this season’s winter camps! They have always been Spirit-led, fruitful and fun. This year we anticipate a powerful move of the Holy Spirit as we prayerfully endeavor to create an atmosphere that welcomes the presence of God. As you know, we have determined that camps are not simply events, but are designed to intentionally equip leaders and youth for the purpose of discipleship.
With these points in mind, we have decided on the theme entitled, “Get it—Own it—Do it.” In Jeremiah chapter 1 verses 4– 8 the Lord charges Jeremiah as a prophet to the nations. Jeremiah doubts his ability because he is young. The Lord goes on to correct him, build his confidence and encourage him that he is not alone. We want to come alongside you and your ministry to encourage youth to heed the call of God to reach their generation. They don’t need to wait until they’re grown; if they “get it” then they should “own it” and they CAN “do it.”
